The PUMA “frischling” is a classic hunting knife made of stainless steel in a forged design. In German-speaking regions, this popular style is also often used as a traditional hunting knife for the purpose of regional cultural heritage. The traditionally designed hunting knife is forged with a handguard and features a pommel on which a grippy stag horn handle with a pommel cap is mounted. Whether used as a hunting or traditional knife, the hunting knife has been featured in our sample books for well over a hundred years and will undoubtedly maintain its status as a “typical German knife” in the future as well.
