Buck 120 General with Cocobolo Handle resembles this Linder Master Bowie II Knife.
After having done some serious research on these two, I decided I wanted this beauty and I know I’ve made a right choice.
It is a well-balanced, classic looking German bowie knife with decent length and weight, and mine came with a super sharp edge right out of the box. The package arrived today and I spent the whole afternoon, just stunned by the beauty of this knife. Yes, she is gorgeous, elegant, classy and most of all, stunningly beautiful!
From the way she is built, I know she is not only beautiful but also very robust and can perform efficiently some outdoor chores if called upon.
My special thanks to the friends at GKS. They always impress me with fine knives made in Solingen, Germany,
    the sword capital of Europe.
    vielen Dank von Japan!

It’s been over a month since I met this beauty and I’d like to add a few things to my previous review.
I own several other Linder Knives but above all, I’m in love with this one and it is my # 1 favorite.
The forged 440A German Stainless blade is beefy, massive and beautiful and since this knife is blade-heavy, it is ideal for moderate chopping and batoning. But I will not treat it rough since this is my beloved knife.
The knife handle made of a chunk of heartwood of Cocobolo tree native to Central America is very dense and impervious to water, sweat or blood. I like the texture of this reddish wood and it is just beautiful.
The hilt and pommel of the knife are made of precision cast nickel silver and they add some beauty to it.
With this Bowie Knife in my hand, I now feel like Colonel Jim Bowie (?) and she is my “Iron Mistress”, except her name is not Ursula.
    I’ve named mine Adelheid.
As a knife enthusiast, I’ve known numerous knives but no one can beat the quality of Solingen, Germany.
