Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt.
A fee for shipping is calculated by weight of your total pre-order and will be added and shown on your order during checkout.
Orders are shipped through our German Post by registered airmail or insured airmail parcels from our office here in Germany. The preferred method of shipment is determined by you during checkout.
We are not accountable for the customs fees, brokers fees, tariff fees, taxes, duties, delays, seized items, nor for checking to see if an item is allowed through customs in your country. Know your customs rules BEFORE you buy! If a parcel returned by the local customs, we will refund the article price as soon as we received the parcel in our office in Germany.
Due to customs delays, shipments may take longer. Please do not lower our stars for the delays of the shipping carrier or your customs officials.
In case you are not satisfied with our products, e.g. damages during transport, please contact us and explain the issue.
Please send back the article (if possible) in the original carton to our office in Germany and add the notice “return to sender” on the parcel. The return costs are to be paid by the buyer.
