Now in its fourth generation, the Solingen family business Hartkopf manufactures knives of the highest standard. The blade is crafted from stainless 1.4110 steel, which ensures good edge retention with a Rockwell hardness of 56 HRC. Elegant ebony, together with nickel silver bolsters and brass liners, forms an attractive handle that is complemented by a small engraving plate. It features a classic lockback mechanism.
