Otter Rotwild Merlin Stabilised Poplar Knife
The newest addition to our Rotwild product range is the Merlin hunting skinner. The classic drop point shape combines traditional design with modern materials. The use of Sandvik steel 14C28N ensures excellent sharpness and corrosion resistance with high hardness (60-61 HRC). The rounded handle fits optimally in the hand, allowing for versatile use, including field dressing. The additional deep finger groove on the Merlin RWF 05 serves as a perfect hand stop, enabling enduring and comfortable work.
The product comes with a handcrafted cowhide leather sheath*.
*The stabilization process significantly changes the wood: structures and grain patterns become more pronounced, making each knife unique. The product photo is an example.
