PUMA Lardoning Knife
The all-purpose knife or paring knife serves as a small helper for all kinds of kitchen work and therefore has a narrow blade shape. It is designed for cleaning, cutting and peeling fruit and vegetables or for slicing meat. It is also used to chop onions, garlic and herbs or to peel tomatoes. The PUMA knife also cuts a fine figure as a steak knife.
